Black Ads Agency collects as little personal data as the work requires: recruitment applications you submit, inquiries you send, and — only with your consent — advertising measurement. This page explains what is collected, why, who processes it, and how to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Black Ads Agency, a TikTok LIVE partner agency registered in Sousse, Tunisia (Commercial Registry H1663313). For any privacy matter, write to the contact address at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
We process personal data in four situations:
- Creator and manager applications (tik.black-ads.agency, manager.black-ads.agency): name, email, TikTok handle, target server or country, your message, and an optional WhatsApp number.
- Brand inquiries (/contact): name, email and your message, delivered to our inbox by email.
- Advertising measurement — only after you accept on the consent banner: Meta Pixel with Conversions API and TikTok Pixel with Events API record page views and form submissions. Identifiers sent server-side (email, phone) are hashed with SHA-256 before transmission.
- Technical logs: our infrastructure detects visits from AI crawlers and AI-referred clicks for analytics. IP addresses are never stored in clear — only a salted hash, with the page path and referrer.
Why we process it
Applications are processed to evaluate and follow up on your candidacy (steps prior to a contract, and your consent when you submit the form). Inquiries are answered on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you. Advertising measurement runs exclusively on your consent — the banner defaults to denied and nothing fires until you accept. Technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in securing and understanding our infrastructure, and are anonymized at collection.
Who processes it for us
We share data only with the processors that run this site:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
- Supabase — application database (recruitment leads, anonymized visit analytics).
- Resend — transactional email delivery of applications and inquiries.
- Meta Platforms and TikTok — advertising measurement, only after consent.
- Cloudflare — media delivery.
- Sanity — content management; it stores our editorial content, not visitor data.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for as long as they remain relevant to recruitment, and deleted on request at any time. Measurement data is retained by Meta and TikTok under their own policies, tied to the consent you gave. Technical logs are anonymized at collection and kept only for aggregate statistics.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw your consent to measurement at any time by clearing your cookie choices for this site in your browser — the banner will ask again on your next visit, denied by default. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Data deletion
To delete every piece of personal data we hold about you, email us with the subject "Data deletion" from the address you used (or mention your TikTok handle for applications). We confirm once the deletion is complete — including the removal of the application rows and any email threads.
Cookies and consent
The consent banner implements Consent Mode v2 with a default of denied for every measurement category. Meta and TikTok tags load only after an explicit accept. Your choice is stored locally so the banner does not reappear on every page. No advertising cookie is set before consent.
