How TikTok LIVE creators get paid in Germany

German creators broadcast on the Germany server, faction 120935, which Black Ads Agency operates as a Senior TikTok LIVE Partner — the same server that carries Austria and Liechtenstein. The mechanics below are common to every faction; the published numbers are specific to markets where TikTok states them, and Germany is one.

The chain, end to end

Gift to diamond. A viewer buys coins, spends them on a gift, and TikTok converts it into diamonds on your ledger, at a planning rate of roughly USD 0.005 per diamond to the creator — the figure behind /tools/live-income-calculator. TikTok's own conversion settles at payout.

Diamond to cycle. Diamonds accrue across a monthly cycle built from valid LIVE days: 60 minutes makes a session count toward a valid day, and 22 valid days a month is the working target most managed creators are held to.

Where the agency sits. Black Ads Agency takes 0% commission on diamonds: under the Senior Partner contract TikTok pays the agency directly for its management role, so nothing is deducted from what reaches a German creator.

Two rails, two different phases

For the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, TikTok publishes a 1 USD minimum for PayPal. Bank transfer is confirmed for the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Sweden, with a 9 USD minimum in the UK and Germany and 5 USD in France and Sweden. Above that, the flat bank fee is the cheaper one and the gap keeps widening — on an 800 USD withdrawal it is about 12.10 through PayPal against 2.90 through the bank. The switch is worth making once your typical withdrawal is consistently on the other side, not on a single good month.

What else moves the number
