BLACK ADS / AGENCY
How we measure

How Black Ads Agency measures its numbers

Every headline figure on this site — creators managed, Diamonds earned, cashback returned, ban-recovery performance — is read live from BlackOS, the operating system that runs the agency day to day. This page defines exactly what each number counts, over what window, from which source, and how often it refreshes.

In short

The short version

Black Ads Agency publishes operational figures, not marketing estimates. Each number is computed from BlackOS — the same system managers use every day — and exposed through a read-only public statistics view. Lifetime totals accumulate since the agency began operating in 2020; ban-protection figures use a rolling 30-day window so they reflect current performance. Figures recompute hourly, carry an explicit “as of” date, and fall back to conservative values (never above reality) if the live source is briefly unreachable.

Principles

Four measurement principles

One source of truth: BlackOS

Every figure is read from BlackOS operational data — the same platform that runs onboarding, scheduling, cashback and ban appeals — through a read-only public statistics view. Nothing is entered by hand for marketing.

Defined time windows

Lifetime totals accumulate since operations began in 2020. Ban-protection metrics use a rolling trailing-30-day window, so they show how the agency is performing now, not an all-time peak.

Hourly refresh, dated

Figures recompute on each hourly page rebuild and carry an “as of” date. The same timestamp feeds the page’s structured data (dateModified), so the machine-readable date always matches the visible one.

No inflation, official rates only

If the live source is briefly unreachable, the site falls back to conservative values set below the last known figures, so a displayed number is never higher than reality. Diamonds are converted to USD only at TikTok’s official rate of $0.01 per Diamond.
