Fan Club.
Black Ads Agency defines Fan Club as TikTok's structured loyalty layer for LIVE: a fan joins by sending a Heart Me Gift during the creator's broadcast, then earns points by watching, commenting and gifting on subsequent LIVEs. Higher tiers unlock badges next to the username, exclusive chat rooms, level-up announcements and limited Gifts unavailable outside the club. Active Fan Club members directly feed the weekly 1-2% active-fans mission inside TikTok's Tiered LIVE Rewards model, across Black Ads Agency's 5 servers (faction 108135 +4).
How does a fan join a TikTok LIVE Fan Club?
Black Ads Agency rule: join the Fan Club by sending a Heart Me Gift during the creator's broadcast on TikTok LIVE. Two paths: (1) tap the Fan Club button next to the creator's name (must already follow) and choose "Send Heart Me and join," or (2) open the Gift panel, pick Heart Me, then "Send to join." The fan immediately becomes a member at the lowest tier and starts accumulating points from that LIVE forward, on any of the 5 servers (MENA 108135, FR 115414, IT 117633, DE 120935, US 128508).
What the Fan Club really is
Fan Club is TikTok's structured loyalty system for LIVE creators. Per TikTok Support, it lets creators "connect directly with eligible fans" — but operationally it's a tiered points engine. Members earn points on three activities: watching broadcasts (time-based), leaving comments in chat, and sending Gifts. Tier-up unlocks visible perks; tier-down (or pause) happens automatically when a member is inactive.
The 7-day activity rule
TikTok's exact wording: "To keep your fan status, you must earn points within 7 days of the creator going LIVE, otherwise it will automatically pause." Pause ≠ removal — points are frozen until the fan engages again. For creators this is the most important mechanic to communicate to members: a chat reminder to send the free daily Heart keeps the member counted as active.
Tier rewards stack
- Member badge displayed next to the username in LIVE chat.
- Username spotlight when the member enters the stream.
- Level-up announcement on screen when the member crosses a tier.
- Access to exclusive Fan Club chat rooms outside the LIVE.
- Special limited Gifts only available to members during the broadcast.
Why Fan Club matters for the 53 % reward ceiling
In TikTok's Evolutive LIVE Rewards model, the weekly active-fans mission is worth 1–2 % of the redemption percentage. Active means the member earned points in the last 7 days. The threshold sits around 10 active members for the bonus to register — small numbers, but only if you maintain them. A creator with 50 cold fans and 5 active scores 0; a creator with 12 active fans scores the full bonus.
Common mistakes
- Treating Fan Club as a follower count. It's not — only point-earning members count.
- Letting the chat go silent. Comments are one of the three point sources; a dead chat = fans stop tiering.
- Forgetting Heart reminders. The daily Heart is free for the fan and costs the creator nothing to prompt.
- Talking only to top gifters. Mid-tier members tier up specifically through cumulative low-cost activity.
Frequently asked questions
No. A follower has tapped the Follow button; a Fan Club member has actively joined by sending a Heart Me Gift during a LIVE. Followers may not be Fan Club members and vice versa — TikTok counts them as separate cohorts for the reward percentage. Black Ads Agency tracks the Follower-to-Fan-Club conversion as a Tier coaching signal.
