How TikTok LIVE creators get paid in Belgium
Belgium has a particular exposure to inherited misinformation about payouts. French-language coverage is the default reading for a large share of Belgian creators, and that coverage quotes figures TikTok publishes for France — a market where the bank-transfer rail is confirmed and Belgium is not on the list. Add a second distinction almost nobody makes, between a payment service operating in a country and an account being able to receive a payout, and you have the two questions worth settling before your first withdrawal.

The second distinction matters just as much. A payment service can be fully available in a country while a given account still cannot receive a payout: the capability depends on the account type, how it was opened, the verification it carries and the country it is registered to.
