How much a TikTok LIVE creator earns in Italy

Every article about creator earnings talks about revenue and calls it income. They are not the same thing. A tier tells you what a month produced; it says nothing about what the month cost — the hours in front of the camera, the hours around them, the fee taken at withdrawal, and the work someone had to do off camera for the room to function. Reading a month net is unglamorous and it is the only way the number becomes useful.

A tier is revenue. To read it as income, subtract the hours the month took, TikTok's withdrawal fee (1.5% + 0.10 USD via PayPal in the EEA), and the off-camera work the room needed. T1 is 50,000 diamonds a month, about 250 USD to the creator. Black Ads Agency takes 0% commission.

Italian creators broadcast on the Italy server, faction 117633, which Black Ads Agency operates as a Senior TikTok LIVE Partner. The grid below measures completed months in diamonds; what it does not measure is what those months cost to produce.

The grid

Tier thresholds are diamonds accrued within one monthly cycle, and the dollar column uses the planning rate of roughly USD 0.005 per diamond to the creator — the rate behind /tools/live-income-calculator. TikTok's own conversion settles at payout.

Four subtractions before a tier means anything

The hours. Count the live hours and the hours around them: preparation, planning the week, answering the room afterwards. Divide the month's dollar figure by that total. The result is the number people almost never compute, and the one that tells you whether the month was worth what it took.

The withdrawal fee. TikTok's transaction fee comes off before the money reaches your account — 1.5% plus 0.10 USD via PayPal, with a 1 USD minimum published for the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. It is small on one withdrawal and worth knowing across a year. /countries/italy/tiktok-live-payments has the detail.

The off-camera work. Somebody moderates, watches the ranking, books co-hosts and handles reports. If that person is you, it is unpaid labour inside your own month; if it is a partner agency, it is part of what the arrangement is for. Either way it belongs in the arithmetic.

The equipment and connection. Modest, usually, but not zero, and it is the one cost that scales with ambition rather than with revenue.

Why this matters more than the tier itself

Two Italian creators can land the same tier with completely different net outcomes, because one produced it in 60 live hours with a moderator and the other in 140 hours alone. The grid cannot see that difference. Your own arithmetic can, and it usually changes what you decide to do next — more often by fixing the schedule than by adding hours to it. 60 minutes makes a session count toward a valid day, and 22 valid days a month is the working target most managed creators are held to; hitting that target with fewer, better hours is the whole game.

What this page will not do

It will not invent Italian cost figures, publish a euro income figure, or tell you how to declare this activity — that last one belongs with a qualified professional. For your own numbers, use /tools/live-income-calculator and read the method at /methodology.

Frequently asked questions

  • No — a tier is revenue. Subtract the live hours and the hours around them, TikTok's withdrawal fee, the off-camera work the room required, and equipment. Two creators at the same tier can end up in very different places.
